It is incredibly important to us that we know exactly where our ingredients come from, from the herbs to the cuts of beef, each element of our dishes is sourced carefully. We then send any of our food waste to compost.

Our Butcher is Jago Butchers

“The beef from Jagos is Surrey farmed, and matured for 21 days. The lamb is grass fed from Devon, the free range pork is from Somerset, the chicken is organic, free range and the ducks are farm fresh.”
